A music man of many tastes, JEK hails from central Finland and has spent over two decades exploring a wild range of styles, from pop and jazz to electro, reggae, and even metal. Since 2013, he has been releasing music through Domino Recordings, with his eighth album, “Chaos Magic", released in November 2023. The album features an eclectic mix of collaborators, including Jimi Tenor, Vilunki 3000, Alma Jodorowsky, Faux Real, John Moods and Flaminia Veronesi.

Partly inspired by his new home in Athens, Greece, “Chaos Magic” takes listeners on a thrilling journey through Jaakko’s sonic universe, blending cosmic jazz, dub reggae, neon synthpop, tender ballads and space-rock nirvana. On stage, expect a mix of fresh material and timeless favorites from across his career. His Chaos Magic tour has already taken him across Europe, to the Arctic, China and Canada—and now he’s bringing the magic back to Mexico.
